For a taste of the cutting edge in the heart of Milan, find Berton doing contemporary Italian cuisine

The internationally renowned, Michelin starred and charismatic chef Andrea Berton (chef ambassador for Expo 2015) has found himself back home. Working from the kitchen of Breton again, he and his exceptional staff are bringing New Italian fare with precision to the folk of Milan.

The restaurant, walking distance from Repubblica Station, is a sleek, modern and refined gastronomical refuge in the middle of the city. Using classic Italian ingredients as a starting point, Berton puts a twist on things by adding in fashionable new and unexpected foods and ingredients.

Mixing suckling pig with seaweed, turbot with cocoa beans and mixing up traditional pasta dishes, the menu is restrained and surprising. Breton has created these dishes with ‘a single objective- to excite the customer’. The lunch and evening menu surely will, and there is also the option of two degustation menus. Each featuring a riot of flavours, this is destination eating at it’s innovative best.
